Lay these four documents (or something similar that you use in your work) on the table (literally or digitally) and ask yourself:

➡️ What do I actually get paid to do and how well am I doing it?

The Four Key Quadrants:

  1. Job Description (JD)What you were hired to do. Have the expectations changed? Have you grown beyond the role?

  2. Leader Standard Work (LSW) Your expected daily, weekly, monthly, quartely actions. Are you consistent, impactful and reliable in the work that fills your calendar?

  3. Personal Development Plan (PDP) Are you growing, developing and gaining new skills that align with your needs and the needs of your team, business and the future?

  4. Team or Strategic Plan Are you helping your team succeed in oursuit of the set strategic goals? Are you aligned with the bigger picture?

Rate yourself. Be honest (after all thsi is a self directed exercise). See the gaps and the strengths.
