Who is the academy for?
The main leadership programmes are for managers, founders, operational leaders and teams. Sawubona has its own pathway for workplaces, educators and communities. Each outline explains who it suits and what you will practise.
Will I receive a qualification or certificate?
These are practical professional-development programmes. Any attendance or completion record will be specified in the individual course details before booking. Lloyd's professional accreditations do not mean every academy course carries external accreditation. Sawubona Foundations does not confer Practitioner status.
Can you deliver this for our organisation?
Yes. Use the enquiry below to discuss a facilitated online or in-person programme. We will agree the audience, scope, schedule, fees and evidence of progress together.
How will self-paced learning work?
Self-paced courses are planned as a later stage. The intended experience brings together short lessons, practical worksheets and application activities. The current page has a working free taster; full learner accounts and course access are still to come.
