Professional coach and mentor accreditation · valid to May 2030
An operator-coach practice built on senior operational leadership, accredited coaching and disciplined execution.
L2M Coaching was founded by Lloyd Munyaviri — a Chartered Manager, EMCC Senior Practitioner, experienced coach and facilitator — with one purpose: to strengthen the systems, leaders and conversations that make performance sustainable. The work combines operational evidence, respect for people and accountable action.
L2M exists to make performance more sustainable by improving the operating system and the leadership behaviour around it. These principles guide every diagnostic, coaching engagement and improvement programme.
Improvement must survive beyond the workshop or coaching session. We strengthen the systems, routines and leadership capability that keep progress moving.
We work with evidence, speak honestly and protect trust. Recommendations must be practical, ethical and grounded in the organisation's real context.
Clear ownership turns intention into performance. We help leaders define standards, make decisions and follow through on what they commit to.
Performance and humanity are not competing priorities. Better systems are built with the people who use them, and leaders are developed without losing dignity or voice.
“Our mission is simple: to help people unlock their full potential, lead with confidence, and create meaningful change — in their careers, their teams, and their lives.”

Lloyd Munyaviri's journey into coaching began long before he founded L2M Coaching. Before focusing on coaching, he built extensive experience in senior manufacturing and operational leadership, guiding teams through growth, change, and challenge.
That frontline leadership experience gave him something no qualification alone can teach: an unshakeable understanding of what it actually feels like to manage people, navigate pressure, and carry responsibility. It also showed him, first-hand, how much difference the right support can make.
To strengthen that operational experience, Lloyd trained rigorously as a coach — achieving EMCC Senior Practitioner status, Chartered Manager (CMgr FCMI) designation and Fellowship of the Institute of Leadership & Management (FInstLM). He has since completed 2,000+ coaching hours across sectors, roles and cultures.
Today, L2M brings both disciplines together: diagnosing the system, listening to the people, clarifying ownership, developing leaders and embedding the management rhythm required to sustain change.
Professional accreditation supports the work; real operational context keeps it practical.

The operator-coach approach joins operational diagnosis with accredited coaching. It addresses the system, the leadership behaviour around it and the routines that make improvement last.
Step 01
Every engagement begins with evidence: the operating context, performance barriers, leadership routines and the experience of the people closest to the work.
Step 02
Data shows what is happening; people often reveal why. Lloyd listens across levels, tests assumptions and creates the conditions for honest conversation.
Step 03
Improvement accelerates when standards, decisions and responsibilities are explicit. Leaders leave with clear priorities, named ownership and practical next actions.
Step 04
Coaching, review routines and visible measures reinforce the change until the organisation can sustain it without dependence on the consultant.
“Better systems create clarity. Better leaders turn that clarity into consistent performance.”
