What the programme includes

Practical support shaped around your context.

A defined pathway with enough structure to create momentum and enough flexibility to remain relevant to what is actually happening.

01

A safe starting conversation

We clarify what each person is experiencing and what better connection would look like.

02

Up to six focused sessions

Sessions are shaped around the family context, with individual or shared participation agreed appropriately.

03

Practical emotional tools

Accessible activities support emotional vocabulary, listening, confidence and calmer conversations.

04

Actions for home

Small, realistic agreements help the family practise what is learned between sessions.

How we work together

From first conversation to sustained change.

1

Initial conversation

Clarify the concern, who should take part and what support is appropriate.

2

Agree the focus

Create a safe, realistic goal for the coaching journey.

3

Practise together

Build listening, emotional awareness and more constructive responses.

4

Strengthen progress

Review what is changing and agree how to keep using the tools.

Format and investment

Know what you are agreeing to before you begin.

Family coaching is shaped around who needs to take part and the right number of sessions. The format, safeguarding boundaries, schedule and exact fee are agreed after the complimentary conversation and before you commit.

Common questions

What clients usually want to know.

Read client experiences
Does everyone in the family need to attend?+

Not always. The introductory conversation helps determine who should take part and whether individual, shared or blended sessions are most appropriate.

Is this therapy?+

No. This is coaching focused on communication, confidence, emotional awareness and practical change. Where therapeutic or specialist support is more appropriate, that will be discussed honestly.

How is confidentiality handled with teenagers?+

Age-appropriate confidentiality and safeguarding boundaries are explained clearly at the start so that the young person and parent understand what remains private and what cannot.

Can sessions be online?+

Yes. Online and face-to-face options can be discussed during the initial conversation.

Your next step

Start with a real conversation about what needs to change.

No pressure. No generic sales pitch. Just a confidential discussion about fit.
