This curriculum supports participants on their journey to becoming confident, emotionally intelligent coaches through the Leader as a Coach Fundamentals Course, grounded in practical coaching competencies and structured development. The program includes live instruction, peer practice, mentoring, and applied coaching techniques.

📘 Course Overview

• Duration: 15 hours live online sessions, delivered as two 6-hour modules with 3 hours of live virtual learning per Tuesday evening across 5 weeks

• Delivery: Zoom sessions, Moodle platform, peer groups

• Support: 7 hours group mentoring + 3 hours individual mentoring

• Additional Requirements:

  • 2–3 hours self-study per week (videos, articles, reflections)

  • Completion of portfolio
